Seed shop FAQ’s

  • Orders will be dispatched within 14 working days.

These are then sent with Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service.

  • Shipping is to the UK only (unfortunately excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands due to Phytosanitary requirements)

  • Any orders placed from outside the UK will be cancelled. We really wish we could ship internationally, unfortunately due to customs restrictions, we are unable to.

  • Order Processing: We process orders quickly, so we’re unable to combine orders placed separately.

  • Delivery Address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout to make sure it’s correct.

If you spot a mistake after placing your order, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible, and we’ll do what we can to help.
