Castle of Mey is a beautiful creamy sweet pea with large flowers, great scent and medium stem lengths. The seed from our seed library sometimes throws a pink flush into the center of the flowers on our Castle of Mey, making it feel extra pretty and special. About 4 flowers on each stem. Stunning for wedding work.

Best sown under cover in autumn to get the biggest, most productive plants. Plant out in spring. Or sow under cover from January and then plant out in the spring.

The young plants can handle a light cold-spell but do protect from hard frosty temperatures. Pinch out the growing tips at 6" tall to encourage bushier growth and more flowers. No need to pinch Autumn sown sweet peas.
