Sow under cover from early spring. Cover with a light layer of vermiculite, place on a heat mat with a propagator lid or a bright windowsill. As soon as you see germination remove the lid and make sure it's the seed tray has lots of light. Pot on and plant out after the last frost.
Once the flowers have faded, a silvery seed pod remains which dry extremely well. Bunch the stems and hang in a dry environment, out of direct sunlight.
